A complete system for abrasive extraction, cleaning, storage and reuse, delivered directly to the construction site, dry dock or large industrial facility.

The Munkebo tower system collects used abrasive during or after blasting, transports it by vacuum, removes dust and contaminants, stores it and returns it to the process. This reduces fresh-abrasive cost, waste volume and manual cleaning time.
Standard tower configurations use suction units rated at 4,000 or 5,000 m³/h. In a suitable configuration, the Clemco mobile tower system can achieve abrasive recovery rates of up to 30 t/h.
Suction unit, vacuum silo, abrasive cleaning unit, storage silo and large blast machine.
The modules are installed in robust 10-foot container frames with standard corner castings, lifting eyes and forklift pockets.
The suction unit transfers used abrasive to the upper vacuum silo. After filling, the airflow is redirected through the cleaning unit, where air washing and separation remove dust, coating residue and worn particles. The cleaned abrasive drops into the storage silo and then into the blast machine.
The system is designed for simple handling, minimal long-term maintenance and indoor or outdoor use.

In shipyards, work zones change constantly: hull sections, blocks, decks, tanks, holds and engine rooms. Mobile tower systems, vacuum units, dust extraction and dehumidification allow the technology to move with the project.
The solution can connect multiple operators, a large blast pot, reusable-abrasive recovery, cleaning, mobile dust extraction and humidity control in one integrated workflow.
Cleaning and recycling reduce fresh-media consumption.
The system supports intensive work and multiple operators.
Containerised modules are easily moved between docks and projects.
Dust, coating residue and worn particles are separated from the abrasive.
Vacuum recovery from tanks, ship spaces and difficult-to-access areas.
Technical communication, spare parts and service in Serbia and the region.
SURFACE integrates mobile machines, tower recovery, vacuum collection, abrasive cleaning, dust extraction, dehumidification and operator protection into a complete engineered solution.
Based on product, capacity, space and utility data, we define the next technical steps.
