High-carbon steel shot is a spherical medium for wheel-blast and pneumatic recycling systems. Nominal size provides a quick comparison; the specified sieve distribution is confirmed by the certificate for the actual delivery.

What we specify in the quotation
The quotation specifies the sieve standard (e.g. SAE J444 or the relevant EN ISO requirement), hardness, chemical composition, density, grain shape and documentation. For a stable process, the separator, operating mix, fresh-media addition and turbine wear are verified.
