Machine performance is not determined by the vessel alone. The nozzle, metering valve, blast hose, couplings, holder and remote control must be correctly selected and matched. Incorrect dimensions or a worn component increase air and abrasive consumption, reduce pressure at the nozzle and impair treatment quality.
The programme includes ceramic, tungsten-carbide, boron-carbide and silicon-carbide nozzles. Straight-bore and Venturi versions are available, with different internal diameters, fine and coarse threads, angle nozzles and special solutions for difficult-to-access surfaces.
Nozzle material is selected according to the abrasive and operating intensity. Tungsten carbide is a universal industrial solution; boron carbide provides exceptionally long life with aggressive abrasives, while silicon carbide combines wear resistance with low weight.
FSV, PT, MP, Quantum and other manual or pneumatic versions provide precise introduction of abrasive into the air stream. A correctly adjusted valve produces a stable blast stream without pulsation or excessive consumption. Genuine service kits, diaphragms, seals, seats and other wear parts are available.
Blast hoses—often identified in international technical documentation as blast hoses —have an antistatic, abrasion-resistant construction. Common dimensions are 13 × 7, 19 × 7, 25 × 7 and 32 × 8 mm, with additional sizes selected according to the nozzle, hose length and available airflow.
The internal diameter must match the nozzle and required flow. A hose that is too narrow, too long or worn causes pressure drop, turbulence and unnecessary energy losses.

RLX III and other pneumatic or electro-pneumatic controls provide immediate starting and stopping of blasting. The system must respond quickly and move to a safe state when the operator releases the handle.
