Pulsar compact cabinets
Pulsar II, III, VI / VI Plus and VIII / Plus integrate the work chamber, abrasive-recirculation system and filter unit in a compact, factory-matched assembly.
Suction, pressure, compact, modular and automatic systems for precise, repeatable treatment.

Clemco cabinets are designed for precision cleaning, matting, roughening, oxide, burr and coating removal, and finishing of small and medium-sized workpieces. The operator remains outside the blasting zone and handles the part through sealed gloves, while negative pressure, the cyclone and the filter unit retain dust and return reusable abrasive to the process.
SURFACE can provide compact Pulsar cabinets, modular BNP systems, suction or pressure configurations, and automatic or fully custom-developed cabinets. Selection depends on the material and geometry of the part, required capacity and finish, abrasive type and available compressed air.
Robust construction, a matched cyclone and filter, genuine wear parts, safety interlocks and long-term spare-parts availability make Clemco cabinets dependable equipment for daily industrial production.
Uses the Venturi principle: compressed air in the gun draws abrasive from the hopper and accelerates it through the nozzle. Advantages include lower air consumption, simple adjustment and gentler treatment of sensitive or thin-walled parts.
Abrasive is fed from a pressure vessel. The system delivers significantly greater performance for hard contaminants, larger surfaces, intensive roughening and shorter production cycles.

Pulsar II, III, VI / VI Plus and VIII / Plus integrate the work chamber, abrasive-recirculation system and filter unit in a compact, factory-matched assembly.

BNP 65, 220, 601 and 721 allow the cabinet, cyclone, pressure vessel and filter to be arranged around the customer’s available space. Suction and pressure versions are available.

A-200, DCM and BNP tumble systems, plus special solutions with rotation, indexing tables, oscillation and multiple guns for repeatable serial production.
Correct selection requires more than the external cabinet dimensions. The working envelope, clear door opening and space for the complete system must be checked: cabinet, trolley or turntable, cyclone, filter, pressure vessel and safe operator access.
Pulsar models are intended for users who want a complete solution with a small space requirement. The integrated cyclone separates dust, broken-down abrasive and contamination from reusable media, while the filter unit maintains visibility and negative pressure. Options include turntables, trolleys, additional lighting and other accessories.
Separating the work chamber from the cyclone, pressure vessel and filter lets a BNP system adapt to the available space and process. The filter may be installed away from the immediate work area, while heavy parts are loaded by trolley or turntable. BNP 721 handles larger components without requiring a complete blast room.
The chamber, metering, cyclone, pipework, seals and filtration must be matched to the specific medium. These processes are not treated as a simple abrasive substitution in a standard cabinet.

For controlled coating removal from aluminium, composites and other sensitive substrates. Configuration is defined by media type, permitted pressure, separation and contamination-control requirements.

Water and suitable abrasive form a controlled slurry for fine cleaning, oxide removal and finishing with minimal airborne dust. The system includes circulation, settling and process-fluid maintenance.
For gentle cleaning and coating removal where limiting profile and mechanical impact on the substrate is essential. Metering, extraction and residue handling are engineered around soda properties and the application.
These are not generic accessories. Every component is selected for the cabinet type, abrasive, pressure, available airflow and required capacity.

A genuine ZERO/Clemco assembly for BNP suction cabinets. Gun body, air jet, blast nozzle, connections and hoses form a matched Venturi system. Each component can be identified and replaced separately.

A solution for lower available compressed-air flow or lower working pressure. The correct air-jet and blast-nozzle combination provides stable abrasive induction and acceleration.

Genuine extended gloves for sealed, safe handling of the workpiece, available in suitable sizes with rings, seals and fastening parts.

Fixed or moving suction and pressure assemblies can be installed in multiple positions. Gun quantity, diameter, angle, oscillation and path are defined around the workpiece and cycle.
Automatic cabinets may use indexing or rotary tables, multiple suction or pressure nozzles, oscillation, automatic doors, manipulators and PLC/HMI control. Gun position, movement speed, part rotation, cycle time, abrasive separation and filtration are engineered as one process rather than assembled from unrelated elements.
The cabinet and its filter unit operate as a matched negative-pressure ventilation system. Required airflow is determined by chamber size, media, dust quantity and operating intensity. Correctly controlled airflow maintains visibility, prevents dust escaping into the workshop and carries fine particles reliably to the filter. A safety interlock immediately stops the blast stream if a door opens.
Filter cartridges in the Clemco configurations offered by SURFACE are aluminium-coated and BIA-certified. Pulse cleaning maintains stable negative pressure, and a suitable filter unit can achieve dust concentration in cleaned air of up to 1 mg/m³. Higher dust loads require PLUS configurations, additional filter area or a separate industrial ventilation unit.
Available parts include gloves, rings, viewing windows and protective films, BNP suction-gun assemblies, SG-300 and other suction guns, pressure nozzles, air jets, holders, abrasive hoses, corrugated transport hoses, cyclone parts, filter cartridges, seals and electrical safety components. SURFACE provides identification, supply and service as required in Serbia and the region.
