A standard cabinet is the starting point only when it suits the process. Where the workpiece, handling method, required cycle or safety requirement is specific, Clemco develops an individual configuration. It may include multiple pressure or suction guns, rotation and oscillation, indexing tables, automatic doors, roller conveyors, crane slots, automatic loading and unloading, PLC/HMI control, separate blow-off zones and production-line integration.

The analysis covers part material and geometry, initial condition and required surface result, abrasive, pressure, nozzle quantity and position, part movement, cycle time, separation, filtration, safety and maintenance.
