Paint and drying booths
Full-ceiling vertical airflow, controlled extraction, filtration and stable process conditions. Standard and custom solutions, including zones for extremely large components, aircraft paint docks and shipyards.
Complete engineered systems from a manufacturer with in-house development, documentation, automation and spare-parts support.

Ventherm engineers complete plants for rail, aerospace and defence, wind power, offshore and shipbuilding, agricultural machinery and heavy industry. The booth, drying, ventilation, filtration, transport, PLC and energy package are defined as one system around the product and process.
Full-ceiling vertical airflow, controlled extraction, filtration and stable process conditions. Standard and custom solutions, including zones for extremely large components, aircraft paint docks and shipyards.
Open-front spray boxes, paint preparation and mixing rooms, safe storage, ventilation and the ATEX concept are integrated with the complete process.
Gantry, floor and in-line robots, 3D scanning and automatic path generation for large and variable geometries, delivering repeatable quality and process traceability.
Three-axis operator platforms, Power & Free conveyors, cranes and handling systems are engineered with the booth for safe access and greater capacity.
The Ventherm PLC combines control and monitoring of temperature, pressure, air velocity, operating mode and system status. Operators use a clear digital panel or app, while authorised Ventherm technicians can access the system online for diagnostics and service.
The Energy-Saving Package is engineered together with the booth to reduce painting and drying costs without compromising process quality or safety.
In very long booths, ventilation zones allow operation only in the required section; in a suitable project, consumption can be approximately one sixth of full-extraction operation.
Official Ventherm Energy-Saving Package →Product dimensions and weight, material, coating type, expected capacity, cycle time, temperature regime, handling method, available utilities, space and local emission and safety requirements.
References are not decoration — they show how Ventherm solves real dimensions, airflow, automation, handling and energy consumption.

Rolls-Royce Marine facilities in Bergen and Tennfjord are among Ventherm's officially presented industrial-booth references.
